J'ai reçu la réponse d'Austin, sérieuse.

yes, they are technically infringing on my trademark.......
but there in a somewhat different market.. so, since they are not a flight simulator, i would not try to stop them

De la même façon un autre X-Plane : Nordson Corporation CORPORATION OHIO 28601 Clemens Road Westlake OHIO 44145, qui fait du logiciel dans un tout autre domaine, n'ira pas lui chercher des poux dans la tête, ni lui leur en chercher, du fait qu'ils ne travaillent pas du tout dans le même domaine.

Là, chez les américains, X Plane veut dire eXperimental Plane (avion expérimental). C'est comme ça depuis le X-1.
