  • Plugin Benedikt Stratmann

    Aircraft\Heavy Metal\B737-700 SAS\
    plugins\
    x737plugin.xpl\
    mac.xpl
    x737textures
    lin.xpl
    win.xpl

    La réponse complète est ci-dessous
    J'espère que ça t'aidera.

benjamin stratman's 737 -- the v9 fat plugin, installed as directed, with the .xpl and the 737 textures folder both placed
in "resources/plugins" -- as directed in the instructions, is causing my v.9.2rc2 to not even start up/
has anyone else with v9.2rc2 has a similar experience??

Yes, just tried it and it will crash Xplane.

We introduced FAT plugins so that each aircraft could have its own set of plugins.
It also means that the author does not have to write code to check that it is his aircraft that is loaded.
Benjamin will have made this FAT to allow the plugins to be placed with the aircraft.

    So try this.

Under the 737 Aircraft directory create a directory called plugins.
move the whole of the x737plugin.xpl directory to that plugins directory.
Do not change the directory layout as x737textures has to be at the same level as the plugins there.
I tested this and Xplane will startup and the plugin will be loaded.

This is the layout I have.

    CODE
    Aircraft\Heavy Metal\B737-700 SAS\
    plugins\
    x737plugin.xpl\
    mac.xpl
    x737textures
    lin.xpl
    win.xpl

    [EDIT}
I checked the plugin download for V9 and there is a note that mentions that this has to be copied to the aircraft directory.

              Cordialement
