    Salut !

    Touring64 ,

        Solution 1:

        Solution 3 à traduire:

        Hi folks,

I've opened mine, again (first time I found that one connector is partially unplugged and hot-glued this way), to check all that things, trying to fix. Two things worth to mention (omitting strong words about mechanical design):
        1. PCB designed the way that every time you moving stick back and forth - it is moving wires in connector, coz there no any support for wire. Which is, I think, is the main reason of spikes.
I covered connector with hot glue including incoming wire for about 1cm. So far - no spikes on any axis.

        2. Once I got my Yoke (first owner, brand new) - I noticed some stiffness (hey Warthog owners!) in pitch axis, not really bad by it's annoys me as perfectionist.

So I decide to check main mechanical assembly as well and was really shocked.
I found that I'm unable to move spring levers with my fingers, coz they are very stiff (springs removed). I disassembled entire mechanism and found that:
        - Advertised "top-class metal structure" is made out cheap and thin wobbly metal and connected to plastic frame with four 5mm screws.
        - Main metal axis bolt is over-tighten a lot.
        - All washers age glued to metal parts with silicon sealant.
        - One metal washer is not installed at one side. It is just not there.
        - Plastic sleeves on spring levers are quite smashed and deformed by pressure(first point).
        - Main stick sleeves are not fit to metal axis and moves with difficulty.
        - The lubrication is literally not exists.
        - There is nice shiny sticker "QA passed" nearby.

I cleaned and fit everything, installed missed washer, added few drops of grease - now it works WAY better.

Final words: I'm with TM for more than 25 years, I think that starting Airbus\Boeing series (own both) - it not TM simulator hardware anymore but nice looking, overpriced, cheap designed, low quality and heavily advertised toys.
