Ouverture d'un plugin

Bonjour,
J'aurais voulu savoir comment faire pour qu'un plugin ne soit pas validé à l'ouverture de xplane.
Je le fais via plugin admin mais je souhaiterais pouvoir le connecter en l’occurrence xivap à la demande;

Windows 10. X-Plane11. I7 7700K. GTX1080 GAMER 8G. Carte mère Asus maximus IX formula. 32Gigas de Ram Ecran 29pouces.
