Voilà je termine la scène de la Nouvelle Calédonie avec le sublime programme d' Oscar "Ortho4XP" . De ce fait je vais réaliser plusieurs liveries des compagnies de là bas une étant déjà faite.

Salut Patbest, ta boite MP est pleine donc je passe par le forum.

Avant de continuer tes travaux sur le Twin Otter, est-ce que tu as régularisé ta situation auprès des auteurs originaux ?
Il y a un problème car tu as modifié et mis à disposition cet avion sans en avoir l'autorisation.
Les auteurs se sont manifestés, ils semblent surpris que tu ais mis à disposition ces fichiers sans leur autorisation.
Heureusement, apparemment, ils ne t'interdisent (ne t'interdisaient ?) pas de mettre à disposition ton travail si tu demandes les autorisations nécessaires et apporte quelques précisions sur l'origine des fichiers.

Il est clair que tu pensais bien faire mais on ne peut souvent pas modifier et redistribuer un travail sans avoir auparavant reçu l'autorisation du (ou des) auteur(s) alors je pense qu'il serait sage de le faire rapidement pour ne pas risquer un refus général et voir tout ton travail tomber à l'eau, ce qui serait bien dommage.

Complètement j'ai l'autorisation de Predro pour la diffusion de son avion du moment que je place le readme avec tous les protagonistes du projet de même ma version spécial est en 2.5 et basé sur la version originale 2Dv2.7 & 3Dv2.3 de pedrovl (Pedro van Leeuwen) .
Le paintkit a été re-travaillé il y a moins 2 semaines. Car j'avais un litige avec Leen sur les masques alors qu'ils étaient dans l'ancien paintkit. Il m'a donné l'aval depuis du moment que je supprime son nom sur les masques.

J'ai les mails qui confirme tout ça et je les mets à dispositions à qui souhaiterai les voir.

Voilà le contenu du " readme " réalisé en accord avec Pedro

De Havilland Canada DHC-6 Twin Otter
(DHC-6-100, -200, -300 & -400)

- X-Plane flight model (PlaneMaker) up to version 2Dv2.7 by pedrovl (Pedro van Leeuwen) -model lineage goes as far back as x-plane v4.7

- Original 3D model by Syd Adams, for Flightgear.

- Adaptation of the 3D files for X-Plane use and further enhancement of the model by gplv3 (G.P. Lyons).

- Artwork and paint kit for the 3D model is a joint effort by Leen de Jager, Bob Maheu (Bob 439) and Antonio Navarro (AFNavarro).

- Pilot 3D model by Bertrand Augras (Beber).

- Patbest's work: changes to the PlaneMaker / flight model and or 3D parts, the new liveries 4k
My versions "DHC-6 v2.5x : models 100, 200, 300 and 400" are based on the original version 2Dv2.7 and 3Dv2.3 from pedrovl (Pedro van Leeuwen)

Copyrights for the files and their derivatives remain with the original authors.


Files are made for use with 3D v2.3, v2.5 from Patbest and don’t fit earlier versions of GP’s 3D model revision.
Installing the Garmin GPS 530 in all models.
All models can be transformed into landplane, seaplane, skyplane in "ALL PLANE ACF DHC 6" directory. Move ".acf" selected in the main directory to use.
All my liveries are in 4K format for more of realistic.

Bon, alors tout va bien ! (entre gens intelligents tout peut s'arranger ).

Ça permet de rappeler qu'il est important de ne pas diffuser une œuvre modifiée sans l'autorisation des auteurs pour éviter ce genre d'histoires qui tournent vite au vinaigre.
Je dis ça surtout pour ceux qui ne sauraient pas qu'il y a quelques règles à respecter, notamment au niveau des freewares ("freeware" ne veut pas dire "libre" !).
Il y a déjà eu pas mal de discussions à ce sujet sur ce forum mais c'est l'occasion de le rappeler.

Note que ça m'a permis de découvrir que le modèle 3D venait de FlightGear.

I see a lot (really much) of Carenado here.
It looks great and works fine.
Making something like this for your own use (only!!) is fine.
Showing it in a video to your friends is OK too, thanks for sharing.

Publishing it, however, needs approveal/permission from Carenado. (I think it really needs )



N.B.

Patbest`s post, the one with the video (essai-2016-03-26_16.30.36.mkv) showing us a Carenado feature/application implemented in the Pedro`s Twin Otter , seems to be removed.
Makes this post obsolete in a way.
