Start APU

The Auxillary Power Unit provides power to various systems inside the aircraft before the engines are started.

1. Locate the APU Master Switch, in the center of the APU & Lighting Panel on the overhead (ctr/fwd).
2. Push in the button (Master Switch) and it will light up (blue)
3. Now push in the APU Start button located directly below the APU Master Switch
4. When the APU is ready, the start light will change from blue to green
5. Now push in the APU Bleed button.
   Watch Out: The button is (confusingly) located on the airconditioning panel!
6. APU should now be working

Now you need to switch on the MCDU with the brightness control. On some models of MCDU this control is two push buttons with DIM and BRT on them, otherwise it might be a rocker swich, or a knob switch that you rotate to increase brightness.

Use your pointer to click on the BRTbutton to activate the MCDU. If you are successful, the RDY light will go out and you will see the MCDU Menu appear on the screen.

Merci pour vos pistes, mais la solution m'a été apportée par Birdy.dma, MarcXP et Rafalec sur le post du MCDU Laminar A330 dans la section Avions.

J'ai une autre question : je ne sais pas si c'est depuis cette dernière beta, mais toutes commandes dans les réglages périphériques ne sont plus en français, alors qu'X-Plane est paramétré en français.
Par exemple, la commande "ne rien faire" n'existe plus mais c'est "do nothing".

C'est pareil chez vous ?

De mon coté avec cette version j'ai résolu les problèmes de piste et taxiways à LFPG ! Le chargement est effectivement un peu long mais après ça fonctionne bien.
Seul bémol : Traffic Global ne semble plus fonctionner correctement... (seulement 2 avions au parking au mieux parfois 0).

Perte importante de FPS

Même phénomène constaté en mutijoueur chez tous les participants tant Mac, Windows, Linux.

météo en réseau multijoueur qui impacte les autres copains et fait de gros pixel en clignotant


autre bug : jamais vue tant sur Linux, Windows et Mac hier soir

Tu as raison, pareil chez moi
Ça nous évitera au moins, si ce changement perdure, des traductions parfois lointaines voire farfelues

faut-il faire un rapport de bug à ce sujet?
